Job Summary:
The Insulator is responsible to install, remove, maintain, and repair insulation in commercial, mechanical, and industrial applications to help control condensation, energy efficiency, noise levels, temperatures, etc. This includes working with a variety of tools, insulation materials, and working in or around pipes, boilers, tanks, ductwork, mechanical systems, industrial equipment, or other required systems and settings.
The Insulator is expected to demonstrate pride in work assignments and to follow all established policies, procedures, work rules, & Standards of Conduct. All ISI positions are part of the company’s “Value Chain”.

Essential job functions include:
· Cut, measure, install, fasten/fit/attach, maintain/repair, or remove insulation materials to surfaces, pipe, duct, and equipment as assigned.
· Cover or seal insulation using the proper materials and methods to the specified application.
· Unload or load material deliveries to support daily work needs.
· Perform daily housekeeping tasks such as maintaining a clean work area, removing debris, moving, or removing materials.
· Direct the Helper in proper work performance and assignment of job duties, as assigned.
· Other activities, responsibilities, and duties as assigned.
